Champ En Provence is a UK-based business selling curated vintage and antique goods sourced from French brocantes and English antique fairs, and advertising La Maison Bleue, a holiday rental property in Provence, France.

No change-of-mind returns. Due to the curated, one-of-a-kind and vintage nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is unique and described to the best of our ability.

Damaged or faulty items. If your item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. Claims raised after this period cannot be accepted.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. As all items are vintage or antique, wear, patina, and age-related marks are considered part of the item's character and are not defects unless specifically misrepresented.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, except where goods are clearly personalised or where the nature of the item makes return impractical. Given the vintage and unique nature of our stock, we reserve the right to assess returns on a case-by-case basis.

We deliver to UK addresses only. Shipping rates are as follows:

• Small items: £4.95
• Medium items: £6.95
• Furniture and large items: by quote — please contact us before purchasing

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We do not store your payment card details.

Bookings made via Airbnb are subject to Airbnb's own terms and conditions. Direct bookings are subject to a separate rental agreement provided at the time of booking. Availability is subject to change and confirmation is required before any booking is considered confirmed.

The property owner accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during a stay, except where caused by the owner's negligence.

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Champ En Provence and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Champ En Provence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
